A first for us. The Rare Original Half Sheet for this favorite star studded John Wayne classic .  Excellent condition with bright colors. Rolled, never folded as are most vintage half sheets.  A Great Find!

Rio Bravo (Warner Brothers, 1959). Half Sheet. Rolled (22" X 28").
Rio Bravo's half sheet features not one, but three icons of American entertainment - John Wayne, Dean Martin and Ricky Nelson. The gritty trio brandishes guns in provocative poses, and that's the lovely Angie Dickinson in the lower center of the poster, only twenty-six at the time of filming. A great find for avid collectors of the Western genre.
Starring John Wayne, Dean Martin, Ricky Nelson, Angie Dickinson, Walter Brennan, Ward Bond, John Russell, Pedro Gonzalez Gonzalez, Estelita Rodriguez, Claude Akins, and Malcolm Atterbury. Directed by Howard Hawks. An unrestored poster that displays signs of use. May include light edge wear, small tears and slight toning. There are strips of paper tape on the verso.  Rolled. Not folded as are 90% of all half sheets.  Hence, No fold crease lines.
