Original 100% UNrestored Mint condition with just a light age related toning along border edges, just enough for a nice additional layer of authenticity. 

This is my personal favorite "Rear Window" lobby card of the set with Stewart in his wheelchair and leg cast, with Kelley at his side. 
And for some reason this Card has always been the most rare and hradest to come by.    * But, to find one in this Unbelievable Mint condition, is a most Rare Opportunity indeed !
