Gorgeous vintage half sheet poster with nice bright colors to promote the 1952 Abbott & Costello classic film "Lost in Alaska".  Very good condition and has been professionally linen backed ready for exciting display. 


Note:  In 1952 Universal released two Movie Poster Half Sheets for this film,  Style A and Style B.  The style B being the much nicer and most desirable version with the extraordinary large artwork of Bud and Lou  in the Sled.   This is the style B!  We have never owned the style B, only the style A about 20 years ago.   And the half sheets are Far More RARE then the One Sheets.
Needless to say, we are excited to have discovered this stunning Gem!

Two volunteer firemen rescue a gold prospector from suicide. However, once they discover that the police mistakenly want them for murder, they travel with the prospector to Alaska to help chase his girl. Once they arrive, the men discover that most of the town wants the prospector dead. It's up to Abbott and Costello to keep him alive, or else San Francisco is ready to hang them for the murder.
