An exceptional original Authentic hand drawn sketch of "Harvey" the rabbit signed and personally drawn by James Stewart!.    Very nicely done. Mr Stewart Signed "Harvey" to the left and    and "James Stewart" to the right with dark blue marker.       Size 8x10".    

Note:   Many of the Harvey sketches he would draw and sign were on the smaller 3-5" postcard size.     The ones I acquired from him were all the Large 8x10" that I would supply him with when I wrote him.      ALSO,   on many of these that have appeared on the market, he usually didn’t add the HARVEY Character name to the rabbit sketch,   but I would specifically request he did that.    He was very gracious with fans and a diamond in the rough of a relatively unfriendly Hollywood.

NOTE:    There are a number of "Harvey" forgeries on the market. Most of them are very obvious. And there is a certain James Stewart "signature" that is quite skillfully done but is evident when you compare his consistent, genuine examples.    We have collected his autographs for over 35 years and even acquired a number of Harvey sketches directly from him.

Note: A Signed "Harvey" Sketch sold at auction in November 2021 for OVER $4000!

Personal Note:   Starting in the early 1980s I corresponded with Mr. Stewart and received several signed letters, signed photos and my favorite "HARVEY" hand drawn signed sketches.    He was one of the few super stars that actually answered and signed his own fan mail.
