Gorgeous Sherlock Holmes vintage movie poster !  Spectacular graphics and artwork on this very scarce original insert movie poster (14x36) for the Universal Pictures presentation of "Dressed To Kill" starring Basil Rathbone and Nigel Bruce as Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson. This would be their final screen appearance as the famous crime solving duo. In this entry in the series, they must battle a gang of crooks led by a beautiful woman (Patricia Morison) trying to get their hands on three music boxes which hide the location of stolen Bank of England printing plates.

Excellent condition with just the typcial fold lines (about 90% of all original inserts were folded prior to shipping to theaters)

Basil Rathbone stars for the last time as Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's famous detective, Sherlock Holmes. Nigel Bruce is Watson, with Patricia Morison and Edmund Breon, in this mystery centering on stolen Bank of England printing plates. Posters from the Sherlock Holmes series teaming Rathbone and Bruce are among the most collected in the hobby.
