Here is a very scarce vintage movie poster about the country's most notorious law breaker of the early 20th century.

Starring Lawrence Tierney, Edmund Lowe, Anne Jeffreys, Eduardo Ciannelli, Marc Lawrence, Elisha Cook Jr., Ralph Lewis, Elsa Janssen, Ludwig Stössel, Constance Worth, and Victor Kilian. Directed by Max Nosseck.

This small budget, action packed bio-pic is best remembered as the first starring role for Lawrence Tierney who plays the title role. Made only ten years after Dillinger's violent end, this film told the bank robber's story through his father's eyes. Tierney would go on to dominate the film noir genre for several years and to create more than a few headlines with his brawling off-screen antics. This one sheet, striking in its explosive graphics of searing reds, bright yellow and deep blacks, has some tears along border, however, as you can see, the image area is in decent shape.
